1.There are no cash/credit card refunds.

2.30 day exchange on defective items only.

3.On electronics, warranty covers manufacturer defects (ie., video board, tuner card, power supply,) does not include pre-installed software or computers infected with a virus.

4.Warranty is not valid for cosmetic, consumer neglect defects ( ie., scratches, broken buttons, cracks).

5.Receipt is needed for exchange or replacement, no exceptions.

6.All “as is” used products do not carry a warranty.  This is a final sale, no returns or exchanges.

7.A 25% fee will be added to the amount paid for items left at the store for more than 7 days.

8.All store credit valid for only 90 days from purchase date.

9.Items can only be returned if defective within 30 days.

10.All furniture is sold as is. No returns.
